3Keel is a small, specialist sustainability consultancy. We have grown organically since being founded in 2013, becoming a high impact team. The business is structured to address key sustainability issues, and we focus on innovations and coalition-building to develop approaches that challenge the status quo. 3Keel is a certified B Corp, and voted through the FT awards as one of the top Management Consultants for Sustainability. We are now looking to expand our team, and are seeking exceptional candidates who align with our values and believe in the work that we do.
We are seeking a Principal and/or Senior consultant to expand our Climate Change practice area. The roles will include work to undertake greenhouse gas assessments, support target setting, development of decarbonisation plans, and advise on carbon neutral and net zero strategies. Experience advising on climate impacts and associated adaptation programmes would be desirable.
We welcome applications from candidates with a range of experience levels and seniority. Successful candidates will have a strong understanding of the technical elements of greenhouse gas management projects, with experience designing and running climate projects for clients.
The roles lend themselves to remote working, something 3Keel embraces as part of our progressive working culture, and of course, due to the Coronavirus pandemic and the changes this has brought about. That said, some regular office presence in our Oxfordshire headquarters is to be expected in the future.
Our current portfolio of climate change work includes long-standing advisory roles to UK retailers, major FMCG brands, and smaller businesses including several from the B Corp community. Many of our projects relate to baseline measurements and target setting through the Science Based Target Initiative, on behalf of our clients, in addition to developing innovative strategies for reaching net zero.
By joining 3Keel you will be working with one of the leading consultancies supporting organisations and institutions to address climate change. We are heavily involved in a number of collaborative initiatives, including as the lead consultant in the development of a Climate Roadmap for the British Retail Consortium.
